Martin Christopher es Profesor de Marketing y Logística en Cranfield School of
Management. Su trabajo en el campo de logística y Supply Chain
Management ha ganado reconocimiento internacional. Tiene numerosos
trabajos publicados y sus libros más recientes son: “Logistics
and Supply Chain Management” y “Marketing Logistics”.
El Dr. Christopher es co-fundador del International Journal of Logistics
Management y fue su editor conjunto por 18 años. Es un colaborador
regular en conferencias y workshops en todo el mundo.
En Cranfield, Martin
Christopher dirige el Centro para la Logística y el Supply
Chain Management, el más grande en su tipo en Europa. Su
trabajo en el centro cubre todos los aspectos de logística

El Dr. Martin Christopher
es un Emeritus Fellow del Chartered Institute of Logistics &
Transport. También es Fellow y Foundation Professor del Chartered
Institute of Purchasing & Supply, y Fellow del Chartered Institute
of Marketing. En 1988 recibió el Sir Robert Lawrence Gold
Medal por su contribución en la educación logística;
en 1997 recibió el USA Council of Logistics Management’s
Foundation Award; y en 2005 recibió el Distinguished Service
Award del USA Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
En 2007 fue nombrado Foundation Professor del UK Chartered Institute
